Insight Institute of Neuroscience & Neurosurgery (IINN) seeks a caring Comprehensive Therapy Technician to support patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary clinic in Flint, MI.

The role involves assisting with machines, therapies, and exercises, potential cross-training in administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive patient experience while upholding confidentiality and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong patient care and documentation skills.
• English communication proficiency for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient direction and support.
• Set up patients with machines, therapies and exercises.
• Assist with therapeutic activities and clinic flow.
• Perform light cleaning and front desk tasks as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks and patient follow-ups.
• Support department operations as assigned.
