Job summary

La Clinica de Familia, a federally qualified health center in Southern New Mexico, seeks a CCSS Worker to coordinate services and resources for individuals and families to promote recovery, rehabilitation, and resiliency. The role emphasizes parenting skills, training, independent living, and socialization goals.

Requirements include degrees in human services or related fields with relevant experience, valid NM driver’s license, and ability to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field from an accredited university and one year relevant experience with the target population
• Associate’s degree and minimum of two years of experience with the target population
• High school diploma or GED and minimum of three years of experience with the target population
• Be certified as a Peer or Family Specialist
• Valid NM driver’s license and current automobile insurance with a clean driving record; willing to use personal vehicle for employment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Availability to work evening and weekend hours
• TB test, physical exam, and drug testing; criminal background check including Fingerprint Clearance

Job Summary:

The CCSS Worker coordinates and proves services and resources to individuals/families necessary to promote recovery, rehabilitation and resiliency. The CCSS Workers address goals specifically in the following areas: parenting skills; training and behavior management; independent living; learning; socializing and recreation.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
