La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative aspects of assigned programs. You will supervise staff, review records, coach on interventions, and support crisis staffing with community service workers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current New Mexico independent license in counseling, social work, psychology, or MFT.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight of assigned programs.
• Perform individual supervision for staff and review documentation.
• Coach staff on implementing effective interventions.
• Support community service workers in crisis or staffing needs.

Job Summary

The clinical supervisor is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the programs assigned. Clinical supervisor will conduct individual supervision for assigned staff, review documentation for non-independently licensed staff, provide coaching and guidance on implementing effective interventions, support community service workers with potential crisis or staffing needs, coordinate with other supervisors in facilitating clinical group supervision, and participate in quality improvement and operational meetings.

• Knowledge of various modes of psychotherapy and evidence-based practices, especially crisis intervention and short-term models using individual, group, and familial approaches.
• Skill in assessment procedures, diagnostic evaluation, therapeutic treatment, and case management practices including follow-up and closure.
• Ability to establish therapeutic alliance with clients and their families.
• Ability to work effectively on a multi-disciplinary team and with the public.
• Assesses and incorporates culture into assessment and treatment processes
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health related field.
• Current New Mexico independent license in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or marriage and family therapy.
• Have a minimum of one year supervisory experience
