Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician for our closed-door, modern pharmacy facility in Arizona. The role focuses on compounding non-sterile medications (tablets, gummies, gels) while adhering to USP <795> and USP <800> standards and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

You will stage materials, manage inventory, and document batch records in a highly regulated setting, with opportunities for professional development and career growth within the pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in AZ.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience; hospital/compounding settings preferred.
• Familiarity with USP <795> and USP <800> standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and records.
• Ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, calibrate, and maintain non-sterile compounding equipment and workspaces.
• Assist with staging raw materials and managing non-sterile compounding inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
• Participate in site-specific training and competency assessments.
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Follow USP <795> and <800> requirements and ensure state/federal compliance.
• Compound non-sterile medications following prescription orders and SOPs.
