Job summary

Conagra Brands' Henning plant is hiring for a night-shift production role supporting PAM cooking spray production. You'll join a team of 150+ associates and report to the Production Team Lead, mixing ingredients, operating compounding equipment, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

This on-site position requires forklift operation, standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work overtime. Competitive hourly pay, health benefits, and 401(k) plan are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Forklift operator experience is required.
• Willing to work overtime to support production demand.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

• Commitment to safety, sanitation, and food-handling expectations.

Responsibilities

• Combine raw ingredients according to product recipes and operate compounding equipment.
• Oversee sanitation and preventive maintenance within the compounding department.
• Use a forklift to carry, stage, and transport raw ingredients.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, PPE requirements, and all Conagra policies.
• Identify food safety risks and escalate issues.

Shift: 5:00 PM-5:15 AM Hourly Rate: $23.49 an hour

At our Henning Conagra Plant, we're producing PAM cooking spray which is a foundation to cooking, baking, or grilling a delicious meal.

Reporting to the Production Team Lead, you will combine raw ingredients and oversee the mixing process.

You will join a team of over 150 associates and support safe, reliable, and high‑quality production while collaborating across departments to maintain food safety and operational excellence.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• You will combine raw ingredients according to product recipes and operate all related compounding equipment.
• You will oversee sanitation and preventive maintenance activities within the compounding department.
• You will use a forklift to carry, stage, and transport raw ingredients.
• You will follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment requirements, and all Conagra policies.
• You will identify food safety risks and elevate issues.
