Job summary

Conagra Brands in Marshall, MO is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to load, unload and move products in a freezer environment, supporting GMP and inventory accuracy. You will operate a forklift, verify counts, and maintain organized production flow while following safety and quality standards.

Shifts include morning, afternoon, and night with differential pay. Anticipated close date is 2026-11-30. Eligible benefits and a comprehensive rewards package are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or at least one year of manufacturing employment in your work history.
• Experience operating a forklift and hand jack.
• Post-offer background screen and drug screen.
• Overtime availability based on business needs.

Job description

Shift: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Hourly Rate: $19.57 an hour + $0.50 shift differential Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will support warehouse operations by loading, unloading, storing, and moving products within a freezer environment. You will help maintain an organized production flow while supporting good manufacturing practices, quality standards, inventory accuracy, and safe material handling throughout the facility.

Complete job assignments in accordance with good manufacturing practices and quality standards. Operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and warehouse products. Verify counts of incoming and outgoing products and related materials. Maintain accurate inventory movement and product handling. Support an organized and efficient production flow. Follow safety and food quality requirements throughout the facility.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

High School Diploma or GED, or at least one year of manufacturing employment in your work history.

Experience operating a forklift and hand jack.

Availability to work one of the following scheduled shifts:

• First Shift: 6:00 in the morning to 2:00 in the afternoon, with no shift differential.
• Second Shift: 2:00 in the afternoon to 10:00 at night, with a $0.50 shift differential.
• Third Shift: 10:00 at night to 6:00 in the morning, with a $0.75 shift differential.

Successful completion of a post-offer background screen and drug screen.

Availability for overtime based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include: Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
