Responsibilities

• Complete daily forklift inspections and manage unloading and staging of raw materials.
• Prepare production runs by retrieving raw materials through the barcode inventory system and creating pallet tags.
• Move finished goods into warehouse inventory and ensure accurate product placement through the barcode system.
• Verify shipment staging, bill accuracy, lot codes, and product information before shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support food safety standards and OSHA requirements.

Shift: 5:00 AM-5:15 PM Hourly Rate: $22.31 an hour + $0.00 shift differential Forklift Operator - 1st Shift

At our Henning Conagra Plant, we're producing PAM cooking spray, a foundation for cooking, baking, and grilling delicious meals. Reporting to the Team Lead Warehouse, you will stage, maintain, and move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse. You will join a team of approximately 200 associates.

What Impact Will You Have on Our Business?

Complete daily forklift inspections and manage the unloading and staging of raw materials. Prepare production runs by retrieving raw materials through the barcode inventory system and creating accurate pallet tags for each pallet. Handle finished goods by moving products into warehouse inventory and ensuring accurate product placement through the barcode system. Verify shipment staging, bill accuracy, lot codes, and product information before shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support food safety standards and OSHA requirements.

Do You Have What It Takes?

High school diploma or GED. Previous forklift experience. Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements This position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, frequent use of hands, and bending or kneeling throughout the shift. Manufacturing environments contain large machinery and moving equipment and may be noisy. Personal protective equipment, including hearing protection, is provided. Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time. Performing consistent repetitive tasks. Frequently lifting, pushing, or carrying materials.
