Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of compounding experience; cosmetic or personal care preferred.
• Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• English fluency; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math proficiency and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Mix, compound, process, test, adjust, and modify ingredients for personal care products.
• Ensure production meets customer specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with the Compounding Supervisor/Manager and production staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain GMP, SOP, and Safety Procedures at all times.
• Inspect and monitor in-process production for accuracy and compliance.
• Safely handle, store, and manage all materials required for production.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations, safety policies, labor laws, and company standards.
• Inspect and maintain production equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Participate in ongoing training, including GMP, SOP, safety, and cross-training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.

Shift and Hours

2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday - Friday

Essential Responsibilities

• Mix, compound, process, test, adjust, and modify ingredients to successfully complete the manufacturing process of personal care products.

• Ensure all production meets customer specifications and quality standards.

• Communicate regularly with the Compounding Supervisor/Manager and production staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

• Maintain strict compliance with GMP, SOP, and Safety Procedures at all times.

• Inspect and monitor in-process production for accuracy and compliance.

• Safely handle, store, and manage all materials required for production.

• Adhere to all OSHA regulations, safety policies, labor laws, and company standards.

• Inspect and maintain production equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with opportunities across multiple shifts, including weekday and weekend schedules.
