Ideal candidates have 2 years of compounding experience in a chemical setting, strong communication, and a commitment to GMP and safety in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain GMP compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign daily compounding tasks to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot errors in SAP and Manufacturing Instruction Packets.
• Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Investigate batching issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate across departments and support special projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment.
• Support safety investigations and promote safe work practices.
• Complete SOPs, Work Instructions, and documentation accurately.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive customer and product information.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and assign daily compounding tasks to meet production goals and quality standards
• Troubleshoot errors in SAP and Manufacturing Instruction Packets
• Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements

What We Need from You:

• High school diploma/GED with strong math and reading skills
• 2 years of compounding experience in a chemical processing/manufacturing setting
• Experience in pre-weight, processing, or sanitization (preferred)
• SAP experience (preferred)
• Previous leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Working Conditions

• Climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally
• Exposure to motorized equipment, chemicals, sanitizers, and hot water
• Requires standing, walking, reaching, and use of PPE (hairnet, safety glasses, steel-toe boots)
