Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding Americas is hiring for a manufacturing associate responsible for compounding, weighing, and mixing of materials, ensuring proper processing and equipment safety. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced production environment.

The position supports production flow, conducts visual inspections for quality, and participates in changeovers while maintaining clean work areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; competency assessment may be considered in lieu of education.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Check raw materials for contamination and weigh/mix as instructed.
• Inspect scales and operate equipment per standard procedures.
• Monitor mixing; report inconsistencies to supervisor.
• Load materials into mixer and adjust oil setup as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment to prevent contamination.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Participate in training and assist in new projects as directed.
