Job Description Summary The Process Engineer supports composite manufacturing operations at the Batesville, MS facility, with responsibility for engineering activities associated with manufacturing processes.
The Process Engineer impacts departmental operations through the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of composite production methods, with a focus on safe, repeatable, and efficient process performance.
Roles and Responsibilities Support daily manufacturing operations in a composites production environment Lead technical problem solving and RCCA to drive permanent corrective actions Optimize conventional and non‑conventional machining processes for quality, throughput, and repeatability Improve tooling, fixturing, process flow, work instructions, and process controls Partner with operations, quality, tooling, and engineering teams to improve producibility and readiness Support qualification, validation, PFMEA, and production ramp activities Coach team members and provide technical leadership across the organization
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years manufacturing/process engineering experience) Minimum of 3 years manufacturing / process engineering experience
Desired Characteristics Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum 6 years of relevant experience Experience in composites manufacturing is a plus Strong background in conventional and non‑conventional machining is preferred Demonstrated advanced problem‑solving and RCCA leadership Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive measurable manufacturing improvements
