The Boeing Company is seeking a 2nd shift motivated collaborative associate or experienced Composites M&P (Materials and Processes) Engineer to join our Composite Materials Fabrication Site in Mesa, Arizona.

We’re looking for a motivated, collaborative engineer—either early‑career or experienced—who’s passionate about composites, polymer chemistry, failure analysis, and production problem‑solving.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required. Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
