Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Clearfield, UT seeks a Composite Bonder – Level 1/2 for the B-Shift (Mon - Thurs 4pm-2:30am). You will join our Manufacturing Operations Organization within Aeronautics Systems, performing bonding using autoclaves and presses with strict quality control.

The role requires reading blueprints, laying out parts, operating bonding equipment, and maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints
• Lay out articles, cuts parts or materials to size and apply bonding agents
• Operate autoclave, hydraulic presses and ovens to complete bonding cycles
• Monitor heat, pressure and timing, ensuring material specifications
• Inspect finished bonding work and verify quality
