Job summary

Janus International in Statesville, NC, seeks a customer service associate to assist customers before and after sales. You will quote by phone and email, enter orders in the M2M system, and coordinate with accounting and manufacturing to keep orders on track.

You will track parts, assist walk-in customers, schedule pickups, and ensure CRM is up to date. Regular duties include creating travelers, communicating issues to manufacturing, and providing timely responses.

Qualifications
