Job summary

Capital Community Bank is seeking a Compliance Testing professional to lead the execution of the testing program for lending products at its Corporate Office in Pleasant Grove, UT. The role requires coordinating with business units and fintech partners to schedule and evaluate compliance tests, and to report findings to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of applicable laws and robust communication skills to present recommendations to management and regulators.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of lending laws and regulations applicable to bank products and strategic partnerships.
• Experience executing and managing compliance testing in a large financial institution.
• Two to three years of experience in managing daily Compliance Testing tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business units and fintech partners to schedule, conduct, and evaluate compliance tests with actionable findings.
• Provide guidance to management and stakeholders based on testing results.
• Lead and develop Analysts, fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Prepare testing reports and documentation in a timely manner.
