Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC seeks an experienced compliance assurance leader to build and oversee an independent monitoring and testing program for a bank-fintech partnership business. The role blends design and hands-on execution across KYC/KYB, BSA/AML, consumer protection, and evolving digital-asset controls.

You will create the testing universe, schedule, and evidence standards, while evaluating partner controls and leading regulatory support. Build the team and drive governance reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in banking compliance testing, monitoring, audit, or risk.
• Experience with sponsor banking and fintech partnerships, hands-on testing.
• Proven ownership of monitoring/test programs and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design the monitoring framework: methodology, procedures, evidence standards.
• Create risk-based coverage: testing universe, schedule, depth by risk.
• Assess fintech/third-party controls: KYC/KYB, customer risk, monitoring.
• Test BSA/AML, sanctions processes, onboarding, screening, investigations.
• Test sponsor-banking structures and recordkeeping for insurance support.
• Evaluate digital-asset controls, wallet screening, and Travel Rule compliance.
• Lead regulatory and audit support with documentation for reviews.
• Build and lead the testing team; develop senior governance reporting.
