Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 5-7 years regulatory compliance experience with at least 3 years in a compliance role or equivalent.
• Professional certification (CRCM, CAMS, CFIRS, CIA, IAACP or equivalent) or applicable securities license.
• Strong knowledge of Compliance regulations for financial institutions.
• Excellent analytical ability and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute risk-based compliance tests across retail banking, BSA, and wealth regulations.
• Research regulatory requirements to determine compliance where no established process exists.
• Document testing, findings, and memos with accuracy and detail for the review process.
• Partner with business lines to communicate findings and develop effective controls.
• Present findings to senior and executive management, clearly explaining risk and thought process.
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines across overlapping tests and validations.
