Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Compliance Lead, Testing to own ongoing testing and ensure practices align with regulatory expectations in a fast-moving financial services environment. You will partner with Legal, Risk and cross-functional teams to assess exposure, strengthen controls, and support new product initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in compliance testing or audit, strong knowledge of financial services regulations, excellent communication, and proven project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance Testing or Audit.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and trends.
• Proven track record in end-to-end compliance testing activities.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing compliance testing and report on adherence to regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, and other departments.
• Support a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Identify and propose improvements to compliance processes.
• Coordinate compliance risk assessments and document results.
• Serve as a regulatory compliance expert for new products.
• Continuously enhance internal compliance processes.
