Job summary

North Fork Mono Casino is seeking a Compliance Supervisor to lead the compliance team, oversee AML/CFT programs, and ensure adherence to tribal gaming laws and MICS. You will collaborate with regulators, auditors, and law enforcement to maintain robust internal controls and reporting.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage high-risk situations while maintaining regulatory filings and staff training.

Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge of tribal gaming laws (BSA/Title 31) and MICS.
• Strong written and verbal communication with regulators, management, and staff.
• Ability to analyze information, identify risks, and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
• Lead the Compliance department and develop team capabilities.
• Oversee AML/CFT program, risk assessments, and control improvements.
• Conduct AML/CFT due diligence, source of funds reviews, and reporting.
• Coordinate with NFRGC and regulators, audits, and record requests.
• Ensure staff payroll compliance and departmental processes.
