Job summary

North Fork Mono Casino is seeking a Shift Manager for the Cage department to supervise staff, balance funds, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. You will manage cash handling, enroll and assist guests in the North Fork Mono rewards program, and coordinate with Cage Supervisors and Cashiers to meet daily objectives.

The role requires a minimum of two years as Cage Supervisor, the ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming Commission license, and a strong focus on guest

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with guests, team members and management.
• Basic understanding of accounting, gaming and regulatory requirements (MICS).
• Proficiency with Title 31 compliance and relevant equipment.
• Able to operate coin sorters, currency counters and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cage staff and the daily balancing of funds and assets.
• Assist Cage Supervisors and Cashiers with guest check cashing needs.
• Ensure proper staffing and scheduling of Cage Team Members.
• Promote compliance with state and tribal regulations (Title 31, MICS).
• Provide exceptional guest service and safeguard company assets.
