Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking a Supervisor – Cash Operations to oversee shift activities related to player services transactions, casino credit processing, and internal controls compliance. You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure adherence to Title 31 and AML requirements while supporting promotions and guest engagement initiatives.

The role requires strong cash handling, reconciliation, and supervisory experience in a high-volume environment; familiarity with gaming regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required.
Relevant certification (e.g., CFE, CMA) is a plus.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in cash operations, banking, or financial services.
At least 1–2 years of supervisory or lead capacity in a high-volume cash handling environment.
Strong understanding of cash control procedures, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.
Experience training, coaching, and monitoring performance of front-line cash handling staff.
Familiarity with financial systems, cash management software, and audit protocols.
Previous experience in regulated settings such as gaming, banking, or secure cash operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee shift operations for Player Services transactions and cash operations.
Train staff in balancing, procedures, and policy compliance.
Ensure AML, Title 31 reporting, SARs, and customer identification compliance.
Address compliance deficiencies through corrective action and training.
Maintain accountability for cash cage operations per internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Process and verify transactions including cash, checks, and large jackpots.
Maintain and troubleshoot cash operations equipment including ATMs and kiosks.
Manage guest disputes related to cashiering or equipment errors.
Review casino credit applications and ensure proper documentation.
Build 4-Diamond guest relationships through exceptional service.
Coordinate with Promotions Manager on Morongo Rewards promotions.
Support recruitment, retention, and re-engagement of players via events and data tracking.
Maintain player tracking database and provide marketing insights.
