You will ensure program compliance across our multifamily communities and support residents and property teams. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project-Based Section 8, Section 8, LIHTC and HUD programs.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to regulatory detail.
• A passion for compliance and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure files comply with Affordable Programs (Move-Ins, Recertifications, Gross Rent Changes, Terminations).
• Complete Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) tasks, manage reports, and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify income/rent limits, tenant rent, subsidies, and utility allowances for accuracy.
• Oversee property compliance with state, federal, and local agency requirements.
• Review and prepare resident files for audits; ensure portfolio is audit ready.
• Assist with affordable housing submissions and attend compliance trainings.
• Foster collaboration and provide excellent customer service to residents and team members.
