• Coordinate with trusted contractors, define project scopes, obtain bids, and manage work orders to maintain properties.
• Handle rent collection, deposit preparation, and monitor records using Yardi.
• Foster a positive living environment by engaging with residents and enforcing community rules with empathy and consistency.
