• Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Proactive problem-solver dedicated to making communities great places to live.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the application process, screening and move-in, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Coordinate with trusted contractors, define project scopes, obtain bids and manage work orders.
• Handle rent collection, deposit preparation and monitor records using Yardi.
• Foster a positive living environment by engaging with residents and enforcing community rules with empathy.
