Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to review customer data for compliance risks.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance checks.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to explain requirements.
• Proactive problem-solving to identify and address compliance issues and business risks.

Responsibilities

• Review COIs and respond to internal/external stakeholder requests for certificates of insurance.
• Monitor COI database for duplicates and non-renewable COIs; adjust as needed for compliance.
• Conduct regular compliance assessments of customer records and processes.
• Enforce compliance policies while protecting Cummins’ risk.
• Provide training and information on compliance requirements to stakeholders and customers.
• Identify and escalate compliance concerns to upper leadership.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and update procedures accordingly.
