OnTrac is seeking a Compliance Specialist in the Indianapolis, IN area to safeguard the organization through legal counsel, risk management, and compliance oversight. The role involves vendor qualification, audits, and ensuring regulatory readiness across transportation and shipping activities.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience and a Bachelor’s or equivalent. The position requires travel up to 60% and a variable shift that supports operations at multiple locations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor qualification, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
