Responsibilities

• Ensuring customer interactions, transactions, and data collection practices adhere to laws, regulations, and internal policies by monitoring vendor forms and portal activity; conducting customer compliance reviews; educating external customers and internal stakeholders on procedures.
• Coordinating projects, managing schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Liaising with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives to meet needs and ensure project success.
• Developing and updating training materials, process manuals, and job aids to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
