This role will serve as the Site Administrator for Health & Safety metrics in Enablon and is responsible for facilitating the Site’s weekly Management of Change forum.
Role Summary:
This role supports logistics operations through administrative coordination, document management, and data accuracy. Key responsibilities include maintaining logistics records and departmental documentation; entering and updating procurement and vendor data in systems such as Ariba; and preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards by pulling, verifying, and validating data. The position also manages team communication and scheduling, drafts correspondence, coordinates meetings, and serves as the department’s front-facing representative. Additional duties include processing vendor documentation, submitting and tracking payment requests, and supporting process improvement initiatives while balancing multiple priorities and assisting team members as needed.
