Job summary

Framatome North America is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee manufacturing groups, align with customer requirements, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. You will train staff, review timecards, and support wage decisions while guiding improvement initiatives across processes.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO standards, and root-cause analysis to resolve non-routine challenges and drive cost-effective results in a complex production environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing procedures and processes and skill in applying manufacturing team concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
  • Understanding of machining, assembly, fabrication, or other relevant production methods.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards or industry-specific quality systems. OSHA regulations and workplace safety protocols.
  • Root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $94,0000 - $127,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
