What We're Looking For
Crystal Stairs is seeking a Compliance Specialist for our Compliance Unit. Under general supervision, the Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the Agency by implementing an effective compliance program that includes monitoring adherence to legal, regulatory, contractual and policy requirements, performing risk‑based compliance monitoring and assisting in audit preparation. The role requires a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
