OnTrac is seeking a Manager of Compliance to lead daily compliance operations across the organization. The role oversees staff, streamlines procedures, and manages budget resources while aligning with evolving business needs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, plus strong budgeting and analytical capabilities to drive ROI and policy adherence within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably including supervisory experience.
• Solid understanding of compliance procedures, policies, and workflows.
• Financial literacy to manage budgets and evaluate team ROI.
• Ability to lead a team of professionals and provide effective performance coaching.
• Understand and adhere to OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and streamline departmental procedures, systems, and information flow to maximize efficiency.
• Manage the departmental budget and allocate resources effectively and responsibly.
• Implement processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and adapt to changing needs.
• Establish performance goals and service targets for staff and drive continuous improvement.
• Use data analytics to measure departmental activity, assess results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Hire, manage, schedule, and develop teams, including coaching and evaluations.
