Responsibilities

• Serve as primary compliance liaison for vendor qualification, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
• Conduct audits to ensure contractual compliance.
• Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate company liability and strengthen controls.
• Manage and support resolution of compliance disputes, ensuring timely outcomes.
• Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and deliver guidance and training to internal teams on compliance management and contract adherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support compliance monitoring and audits.
