Kaiva Tech, LLC is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation activities for a government customer. The role involves analyzing complaints and supporting documentation to determine disposition, writing analyses and memoranda, and ensuring adherence to laws and policies.

The position requires a JD, active bar membership, and at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in government/regulatory/compliance reviews preferred.
• Experience supporting government, regulatory, compliance, investigative, or legal operations environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform research to support case review and compliance activities.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, and reports.
• Maintain accurate case files and records in applicable systems.
