Job summary

RavenTek is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government client. The role involves analyzing complaints and supporting documentation to determine disposition while ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

You will prepare written analyses, memoranda, and reports, manage multiple assignments, and maintain accurate case files in a deadline-driven environment. Public Trust clearance is a requirement.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of one year of relevant legal experience.
• Experience conducting legal analysis, investigations, compliance reviews, regulatory reviews, or case evaluations preferred.
• Experience supporting government, regulatory, compliance, investigative, or legal operations environments preferred.
• Demonstrated legal writing, analytical, and research skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform research and analysis to support case review and investigative activities.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, reports, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation within applicable systems.
