RavenTek is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer. The role requires analyzing complaints and supporting documentation, drafting analyses and memoranda, and ensuring adherence to laws and procedures.

Strong attention to detail, judgment, and deadline-driven work are essential. The position is on-site across multiple U.S.

Formación

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school is required.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant legal experience is required.
• Experience conducting legal analysis, investigations, compliance reviews, regulatory reviews, administrative reviews, or case evaluations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, reports, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files and supporting records in applicable systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain additional information as needed.
• Manage multiple assignments and competing priorities to meet deadlines.
