RavenTek is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney for an on-site role across multiple U.S. locations. You will perform legal and factual analyses of complaints and inquiries, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and program procedures.

The position requires a JD, active bar membership, and at least one year of relevant experience. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments are essential.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of one year of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in regulatory reviews, investigations, or government operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and documents for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, and reports.
• Maintain accurate case files and supporting records in applicable systems.
