Pulse Final Mile LLC is seeking a Compliance Assistant to support our Compliance team in Anaheim, CA. The role focuses on background checks, insurance documentation, and regulatory tracking to ensure adherence to industry standards.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and customer‑service driven, with a willingness to learn and grow within a team that delivers reliable final mile delivery solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administer background checks, MVR checks, and drug screening for Network Carrier Partners (NCP’s).
• Review NCP Operating Authority.
• Process and manage requests for Certificates of Insurance.
• Track and report CSA/SMS measurements to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all insurance-related documents.
• Manage workflows within the Open Force platform.
• Monitor and manage expiration of documents within Open Force system.
• Ensure timely renewal and compliance with all required documentation.
• Accurately code invoices for services provided by AccuSource.
• Maintain and update the Master Compliance SharePoint site.
• Conduct background check reruns as needed for NCP’s.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Manage Performance Bond ATDs following NCP contracts.
