Qualifications

• Five or more years in healthcare compliance, privacy, ethics, audit, quality, risk management, or related fields.
• Experience leading compliance programs, investigations, and governance activities.
• Experience developing metrics, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Experience coordinating committees and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead major components of the Corporate Compliance and Privacy Program.
• Develop and implement ethics and privacy controls, policies, and training.
• Manage hotline, incident intake, triage, and investigations with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPIs, and governance materials for leadership.
