Job summary

HealthEdge seeks an operational integrator for its Compliance and Privacy Department to coordinate governance, manage strategic initiatives, and support enterprise risk management. You will enable reporting, accountability, and an effective control system through governance, communication, and program discipline.

The role partners with business, compliance, legal, and operations to embed requirements into processes, drive KPIs, and maintain executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Risk Management, Human Resources, Operations, or related field.
• Typically requires 5+ years of experience in compliance, governance, risk management, operations, audit, quality, project management, or a related function.
• Experience supporting governance routines, issue tracking, documentation, reporting, or audit readiness activities.
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and follow-through skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing governance forums, agendas, decision logs, and action tracking, plus governance documentation (policies, procedures, standards, control documentation, maps, playbooks).
• Supporting execution of strategic departmental priorities from planning through implementation.
• Monitoring cross-functional dependencies and escalation of risks to leadership.
• Partnering with business, compliance, legal, and operations teams to embed compliance into processes.
• Coordinate departmental KPIs and executive dashboarding; monitor performance against objectives.
• Support compliance channels of communication including SharePoint, hotline, and email.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance processes and operational efficiency.
• Develop standardized workflows, templates, and operating procedures; promote consistency and continuous improvement.
