Zusammenfassung

Catena is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to help build the compliance backbone of Catena Trust Bank. You’ll report to the Chief Compliance Officer and partner with the Chief Trust Officer to lead fiduciary, third-party risk, and non-BSA compliance initiatives in a highly regulated financial services environment.

You will stand up and run the Compliance Management System, oversee vendor risk, and prepare materials for committees and examinations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in bank/trust compliance with fiduciary experience.
• Strong knowledge of a Compliance Management System and second-line oversight.
• Understanding of conflicts-of-interest controls in fiduciary contexts.
• Excellent policy drafting and writing skills.

Aufgaben

• Stand up and run the Compliance Management System under the Chief Compliance Officer.
• Lead fiduciary compliance across custody, investment management, and trust activities.
• Operate the third-party risk management program across vendor lifecycles.
• Administer affiliate transactions and ensure regulatory policy alignment (Reg W).
• Oversee non-financial crimes compliance obligations (Privacy, UDAP, etc.).
• Track regulatory developments and help deliver compliance training.
• Prepare committee and Board materials and support examinations and audits.
