We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Operations Manager to support and enhance a global compliance program. This individual contributor role will be responsible for managing compliance operations, optimizing systems and workflows, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and delivering executive-level reporting across a complex international organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual compliance training program, partnering with HR, Communications, Operations, and other stakeholders to drive completion and engagement.
- Coordinate global compliance activities and help translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes and operational controls.
- Manage compliance reporting cycles, including data collection, analysis, dashboard development, and executive presentations.
- Administer and optimize compliance systems, identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Support third‑party due diligence, vendor screening, anti‑corruption compliance, sanctions review, and related risk management activities.
- Develop and deliver compliance communications and training materials that simplify complex legal and regulatory concepts.
- Monitor regulatory developments and collaborate with business partners to strengthen policies, procedures, and controls.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in compliance operations, compliance program management, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of anti‑corruption, sanctions, anti‑money laundering, privacy, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience administering compliance technology platforms and conducting risk assessments.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable, practical business solutions.
- Bachelor's degree required.
