Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational management, or regulatory compliance is required; Advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in compliance is required and includes demonstrated leadership.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO 13485 accreditations is necessary.
• Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee control systems.
• Evaluate the efficiency of the controls and ensure continuous improvement.
• Identify risks and non-conformity issues; ensure policies align with laws and regulations; prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with all departments to educate and monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
• Review the work of others to identify compliance issues and provide training and advice.
• Schedule and conduct systematic audits of facilities and processes; identify, document, mitigate risks.
