Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Compliance Manager / BSA Officer to lead our BSA program and enterprise compliance efforts.

Based at the Corporate Office, you will supervise the BSA Team, ensure regulatory alignment, and shepherd policies across AML, OFAC, CIP, CDD, and related obligations.

You will partner with leaders to protect members and the credit union while keeping operations compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise compliance programs within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and related financial crimes obligations.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional teams and drive policy adoption.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the BSA Team and enterprise compliance program.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance activities across the organization.
• Serve as the designated BSA Officer handling AML, OFAC, CIP and due diligence.
