Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience implementing BSA/AML policies and risk assessments.
• Ability to write policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with OFAC compliance and regulatory rulings.
• Ability to conduct staff training on security and compliance.
• Experience investigating fraud, forgery, and identity theft.

Responsibilities

• Oversees BSA/AML compliance and policies; serves as BSA Officer and OFAC Officer.
• Regulatory liaison for Federal and State laws.
• Maintains physical security and life safety systems; author Security Manual.
• Manage vendor relationships and admin for security programs.
• Investigate suspicious member or staff activity; liaise with law enforcement.
• Collaborate with Fraud Specialists to analyze SARs/CTRs and trends.
• Prepare reports for management and Board on incidents and risk exposures.
• Provide periodic training on loss prevention, OFAC, BSA, member identification procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of Argent Credit Union information.
• Participate in staff meetings; pursue professional development.
• Contribute to mission and goals; maintain professional demeanor.
