Job summary

University of Richmond seeks an Associate AD/Compliance to coordinate NCAA compliance monitoring, investigations and NIL operations within the Athletics program. You will plan, implement and refine rules-education programs and provide interpretive support to coaches, staff and student-athletes.

Responsibilities include monitoring recruiting, financial aid, NIL activities, and playing seasons, delivering rule interpretations and trainings, and managing risk across athletics.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex NCAA rules and investigations.
• Active driver's license for the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monitoring of recruiting activities for NCAA compliance.
• Monitor financial aid processes and non-counter documentation.
• Lead NIL program education and CSC CAPS platform administration.
• Monitor playing and practice season calendars for NCAA bylaw compliance.
• Conduct NCAA training and investigations into non-compliance.
• Support risk management and regulatory changes within Athletics.
