Job summary

ACN, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst in Charlotte, NC to proactively identify risk areas in ethical and legal practices. You will investigate cases, communicate decisions to IBOs and customers, and support education and training on ACN policies.

The role requires strong investigative abilities, data analysis skills and the ability to manage 50+ cases with timely follow-up. Onsite work is expected, with some possible remote arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Audit, analyze and monitor online sales marketing activity for compliance.
• Identify fraud and unethical activity in IBOs' compensation plans.
• Review data daily/weekly/monthly to detect trends.
• Manage investigations end-to-end with thorough documentation.
• Educate and train Independent Business Owners on policies.
