Job summary

CAE USA seeks an experienced Ethics & Compliance Analyst to support the US ethics program. The role emphasizes risk mitigation, data review, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, international environment based in Tampa.

You will implement and maintain programs aligned with CAE's policies, and contribute to investigations, data dashboards, and governance activities while partnering with HR and Legal Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years of ethics and compliance experience in a corporate, international setting.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, or similar tools.
• Proficient with Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience designing and implementing compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager, Ethics & Legal Operations in day-to-day operations and program development.
• Understand and communicate laws, regulations, and guidelines through training and support.
• Coordinate corrective and remediation efforts for compliance programs.
• Support internal investigations, research, documentation, and data reviews.
• Develop analytics initiatives; create dashboards and maintain ethics files.
• Coordinate governance activities, meetings, and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR Employee Relations on joint investigations and policy administration.
• Ensure proper documentation of policy exceptions and alleged violations.
• Support due diligence for third parties and foreign partners per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Ethics & Compliance.
