You will guide callers through a structured interview, assess initial severity, and maintain strict confidentiality in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in a call center or customer-centric setting, with a preference for candidates who have experience in legal, medical, or compliance intake.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a call center, phone support, or customer-centric role; exposure to legal, medical, or compliance intake is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of verbal information into a structured written format.
• High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive disclosures in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls live, delivering professional greetings and extracting thorough information.
• Guide callers through the disclosure process with critical follow-up questions.
• Determine initial severity based on information gathered, following company protocols.
• Refine verbal statements into clear, organized reports in the case management system (myCM).
• Maintain 100% accuracy in data entry and ensure reports meet client requirements.
• Meet performance goals for report quality, grammar, and formatting.
