Job summary

KenCCID in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Compliance Enhancement Coordinator to oversee incident management, ensure timely reporting and investigations, and educate staff on preventing abuse and neglect. This full-time exempt role reports to the Compliance Manager and collaborates with HR, Training, and program staff.

The candidate will enforce OSHA-related and PA regulations, supervise investigations, and coordinate with state/funder requirements to uphold quality and safety for Individuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of related experience.
• Certification as a Pennsylvania Certified Investigator.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations governing KenCCID, including §6100/§6400.
• Ability to identify training needs and develop solutions across teams.
• Effective communication, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to KenCCID sites in Northeast Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident management, ensure timely reporting, documentation and investigation.
• Educate staff on eliminating abuse and neglect and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate with Compliance Director and HR on data analysis and QA plans.
• Review incident reports for quality, timeliness and follow-through.
• Maintain knowledge of 6100/6400 regulations and safeguard Individuals.
• Serve as Certified Investigator and conduct investigations into allegations.
• Coordinate peer reviews and administrative review teams; manage investigatory processes.
