Job summary

Rogue Community Health seeks a Compliance Improvement Analyst to join our team in Medford, OR. This full-time role focuses on ongoing assessment and maintenance of the Compliance program across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to regulations, accreditation standards, and contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in health system management and five years in healthcare environments, with a bachelor’s in Population Health, Healthcare Informatics, or Healthcare

Rogue Community Health is looking to welcome a full-time Compliance Improvement Analyst to our team! This position is responsible for facilitating the ongoing assessment and maintenance of the Compliance program, including compliance with all rules, regulations, accreditation standards, and contractual obligations for all Rogue Community Health (RCH) sites, encompassing a variety of disciplines including medical, dental, behavioral health, integrative health, school-based health centers and support services. This position will be hybrid and must be local to Jackson and Josephine counties.

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Population Health, Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare Administration or Management, or a related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum three years’ experience in health system management, five years working in a health care environment. Experience in an FQHC preferred.
